Plugins Pulldown Menu
The Pllugins pull down is used to launch utilities that have been written as
plug ins to Qckvu3. Items in this menu will appear if one or more plug-ins are found in the plug-in
directory.
Extract GDSII - this plug in can be used to define a small window in your open GDSII or OASIS
file and then extract it to GDSII.
